I grew up in my parents’ antique shop, a very chaotic environment that appeared to me like Ali Baba’s cavern. I often accompanied my father to houses when people were willing to sell their belongings. Every such visit was an exploration. I could draw the personality and the dynamics within the family. After some years I shaved these stories on the velvet and upholstered the furniture that I found in the shop.
